Plans and billing
The 14-day trial, per-member plans with unlimited apps, credits, emailable contacts, and what happens when a trial ends.
Clivly charges per member, with unlimited connected apps — adding another product does not add another bill. Manage your plan under Settings → Billing. Current prices are on the pricing page.
The trial
A new workspace starts a 14-day trial of Scale, with no card, 200 credits to try AI with, and up to 200 emails. There is one trial per person and per company email domain.
When a trial ends without a plan, the workspace becomes read-only: your team can still sign in, browse and export, but nothing sends or syncs. Choose a plan at any point to restore everything. A workspace left read-only is deleted 60 days after the trial ended; the owner is emailed before that happens.

Seats are priced in bands — larger teams pay less per seat for each band they reach — and annual billing takes a further discount. Adding a seat never lowers the bill.
Credits
Credits pay for AI only: Ask your CRM questions, AI drafts, and answers from the support assistant. Email does not use credits — one-to-one email is part of every seat, and bulk email is covered by your audience tier (below). Current rates are on the pricing page.
- AI stops at the balance: a question that cannot be paid for is refused, and nothing is charged. Failed answers are refunded.
- Connect your own AI provider key and AI uses no credits at all.
- A trial stops at its 200-credit allowance.
Emailable contacts
Emailable contacts are the distinct contacts you reach with bulk email in a billing period (and, when they ship, sequences and automations). 1:1 email does not count. Every plan includes 1,000; larger audiences are priced in tiers, listed on the pricing page.
- Before a send would need a larger tier, the composer says so and the account owner is emailed. Nothing is charged silently.
- Each tier allows up to 12 bulk emails a month per contact it covers.
